⚠️ Important Warning: Scam Emails Circulating

It has come to our attention that some individuals have received fraudulent emails from addresses such as housing@conferencesmanagement.org regarding accommodation or travel arrangements for the ESP11 conference—even if they are not attending.

Please be aware that these emails are scams and are not affiliated with the ESP. All accommodation details and booking procedures can be found on this page.

We do not share your personal information with any external parties. These scammers are using publicly available contact information gathered from search engines.

If you’ve been contacted by these or other scam companies, do not respond to any suspicious emails or phone calls offering hotel bookings.

If you have provided your credit card details, contact your credit card provider immediately to block the card and report any fraudulent charges. Change your passwords and PINs to protect your accounts from further damage. Please continue to monitor your bank and credit card accounts for any unauthorized transactions.

We take data privacy and security very seriously. Your contact information is never shared with third parties by us. The scammers do not have access to your information through ESP.
