Poster session​​​​​

The main poster session will be held on Monday, June 23rd, from 17:30-19:30. On Wednesday, June 25th, from 14:00-15:30 there will be another poster session. Participants are invited to walk around and ask questions about the posters in the traditional format.

The posters were clustered according to the ESP Working Groups structure: Biome (B), Sectoral (S), and Thematic (T) Working Groups. Adding to that, the Regional Chapter Session (R) and Other Sessions (O) clusters were provided. Please see the poster book of abstracts here.

Poster Awards

All submitted posters will be automatically considered for the Best ESP Poster Award. Conference participants will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite posters through the official conference app. The top three posters, as selected by participant votes, will be announced and recognized during the Closing Session on Thursday.

The following awards will be presented:

• Top Three Posters: One-year complimentary membership to the Ecosystem Services Partnership (ESP) for each presenting author.

• Second and First Place Posters: Full registration fee waiver for an upcoming ESP conference of the winner’s choice.

• First Place Poster: In addition to the above, the presenting author will receive a full publication fee waiver for One Ecosystem, in recognition of their outstanding and innovative contribution to ecosystem science and nature-based solutions.

Poster Specifications

Poster Size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm, portrait orientation)

Poster Board Dimensions: 1.0 meter wide × 2.4 meters high

Poster boards and mounting materials will be provided on-site. Please ensure your poster adheres to the specified format to guarantee proper display during the conference.
