We are excited to announce that the Call for Abstracts is now open! If you are interested in presenting your work, we invite you to submit an abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

• Accepted Sessions: Explore all approved sessions on the Session Overview Page.

• Review Process: All submissions will undergo a peer review conducted by the session hosts.

Please note that this conference will be an in-person conference in order to provide an enriching experience that allows attendees to fully immerse themselves in the conference, interact with speakers and engage with other participants in real-time.

Please find more information and guidelines below to help you prepare your abstract.

Type of submission

There are two different types of contributions you can choose from within this system:

• Abstract: Please select a first and second session of your choice. If your abstract is not accepted by the host of your preferred session, we will forward it to the session you selected as your second choice.

• Poster abstract: If you would like to submit an abstract for presentation as a poster, a separate poster session will be organized. To help cluster posters thematically, please select the session that best fits the topic of your poster.

• Invited speaker abstract: If you will present in a session which only allows invited speakers to present and would like your abstract to be included in the Book of Abstracts, please submit it under the “Invited Speakers abstract” section (Session S9b and E5).

Author Guidelines

We kindly request you to follow the following guidelines for your abstract submission (unless something different is specified in the session description of your preferred session):

• Document type: Word 

• Text font: Verdana

• Font size: 10

• Maximum number of words: 300

• Maximum amount of keywords: 5

• Order of presented information:

  • Title

  • Presenting author

  • Other authors

  • Primary affiliation

  • Abstract text (maximum 300 words)

  • Keywords

To submit your abstract for review, please fill out the abstract submission form. When you click on this link, you will first be asked to create an 'author account'. Once you have created this account, you can submit your abstract. The author's account is needed for communication purposes.
