Poster Session

The Poster Session will take place on Wednesday from 13:30 to 15:00, during which presenters are expected to be present at their posters to engage with attendees, answer questions, and discuss their work.

Posters will be displayed throughout the conference in a dedicated area, allowing participants to freely walk around and explore the posters.

Poster Guidelines

• Posters should be prepared in A1 format (portrait orientation).

• Posters should be visually clear and engaging.

• Materials for mounting posters will be available on-site.

Poster Awards

All submitted posters will automatically be considered for the Best ESP Poster Award. Conference participants will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite posters through the official conference app.

The top three posters, as selected by participant votes, will be announced and recognised during the Closing Session on Friday.

Awards include:

• 1st place: Free publication of one research article in One Ecosystem, free registration to a future ESP conference, and a free ESP membership for one year.

• 2nd place: Free registration to a future ESP conference and a free ESP membership for one year.

• 3rd place: Free ESP membership for one year
