ESP Europe 2026 Session proposal submission form

Thank you for your interest in hosting a session at the ESP Europe 2026 Conference 2026, taking place in Prague, Czechia, from 18 to 23 May 2026. The conference theme is "Advancing ecosystem services knowledge for achieving a nature-and people-positive Europe".

You can submit your session proposal using this form. The deadline for submissions is 30 September 2025.

This will be an in-person conference to provide an enriching experience that allows attendees to fully immerse themselves in the conference, interact with speakers and engage with other participants in real-time.

In addition to standard sessions, we welcome alternative session formats such as discussion forums, world cafes, fishbowls, and sessions in which media outputs are presented. Feel free to think out of the box and be creative by proposing alternative session formats.

All submitted session proposals will be reviewed by the Conference Organising Committee. If your proposal is accepted, we will provide you with detailed guidelines for hosting your session.

Please note: as a session host, you will be responsible for reviewing abstracts submitted to your session and contributing to its success through active coordination and communication with participants and the conference team.

Session Type for Abstract Submission

Open Session: Accepts abstract submissions from all interested participants. Session hosts will review and select abstracts based on relevance and quality.

Technical requirements needed

All rooms will be equipped with standard facilities such as a projector, screen, white board. Please indicate if you have some additional needs to consider for the conference organisers.
