Hybrid event
This conference will be held in a hybrid format - allowing for both in-person and digital participation.
In-person participants
Plans for in-person conference are going well, and we are confident we will deliver a dynamic, enriching and memorable experience. We will take additional measures for hygiene and social distancing to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Mouth caps, hand sanitizers, free tests and other needed items for hygiene will be provided to all on-site participants.
The in-person part of the conference will take place at the forestry building of the Estonian University of Life Sciences in Tartu. The address where all parallel sessions and registration will take place is Fr.R.Kreutzwaldi 5, 51006 Tartu, Estonia and the address where the plenary sessions will take place is Kreutzwaldi 1, 51006 Tartu, Estonia . Online participants
Participants unable to travel to Estonia in person will be able to attend the event virtually. We have selected the 'Let's Get Digital' platform for the virtual conference. This platform will allow participants to participate digitally from anywhere in the world, but experience the event as though they were there in-person!
Remote participants will be able to access all the conference content; plenaries, parallel sessions, poster session, workshops/trainings and virtual exhibitions. Participants will also able to connect with speakers, schedule one-on-one or group meetings. Participants can enter the platform by using the personalised login credentials that will be sent via email.
Are you hosting a session or presenting during the conference?
In the virtual room, you can set up your microphone, camera and your presentation. Use the Chrome browser, ensure a good set-up with a camera and microphone. In the content library, you can upload your presentation in PDF or PowerPoint formats. Do you want to show your presentation from your desktop? You can share your screen by clicking on the screen share button. We advise you to go into your room 20 min before your actual presentation so you can familiarize yourself with the tool. You can upload files, set everything ready and leave the room again to enjoy the other program items because your set-up will be saved. You can enter the room before the official starting time and take a seat.

Let's Get Digital is fully GDPR compliant. The privacy statement can be found here. All data will be removed from the servers within 3 months after the event. If you wish to remove your data earlier, this is also possible.
Conference App
For your convenience, we have developed a mobile app containing all the information you will need during the conference week. You can find this in the App Store or Google Playstore. Please note that sessions cannot be streamed via the mobile app.

Networking
The most important aspect of the ESP events is networking and we work hard on enabling our participants to make the right connections during our digital event!
In addition to the various options offered in Let's Get Digital, we will also provide a lounge space in Gather town to hang out more informally.
