ESP conferences

 

ESP has organised international conferences about ecosystem services for over a decade now, starting with an international workshop in Salzau, Germany back in 2008. Since then the ESP world conferences have moved to different continents, helping our network grow larger and more diverse.

At the ESP8 World Conference in 2015, the decision was taken to hold the  global conference biannually (every other year) and organise regional conferences in the years in between. With this decision, the partnership aimed to strengthen local networks and focus on region-specific issues.
