Scholarship for students from Nakatsuji Foresight Foundation

LOC gives scholarships (reimbursing full registration fee) for students participating in the conference and considering eco-health and ES or conference theme.

The maximum number of scholarships is for 20 students.

This scholarship is donated from Nakatsuji Foresight Foundation.

Schedule

Open for application: 7^th October

Application deadline: by 12^th November (GMT 23:59)

Notice to selected candidates: by 15^th November

Participation in the conference: 14^th to 17^th December

Submission deadline of a report: by 31^st December (GMT 23:59)

Please write your name, university name, your grade year (Bachelor, Master, Doctor course).

Please write why you apply for this scholarship (reasons for application).

Conditions and eligibility

1. Students (any grade or level is eligible)
2. Full participation (i.e. 15^th to 17^th December)
3. Registration and payment have to be done before 22^nd November. (Students applying this scholarship is categorized as “early bird”, even if the general deadline of early bird (15^th November) has passed already.)
4. Submitting a report (around 1,000 words in English or around 2,000 characters in Japanese) about “eco-health and ES” based on conference experiences after the conference by the end of this year
5. The scholarship is paid for selected candidates after receiving that report (i.e. Payment of registration fee is made by students beforehand and it is reimbursed afterwards.)

If the candidates become more than 20, we select 20 following criteria below:

1. making a talk presentation (though it is not mandated)
2. Students from the low-income Asian countries
3. Passion and strong interest in eco-health and ES research (judging based on “reasons for application” in the application email)
